Creations for diverse events

Our models are relaxing in the classy lobby of the Taj Samud-ra. Wasana is wearing a pale green and gold brocade off-the-shoulder dress with a ruffle on the reverse of the fabric, and lined in dull gold. And thanks to its soft tones, it can be worn to many ev-ents without appearing to be over-the-top.
Sayuri’s long black net skirt with a slit up to the waist is themed with a pink and gold brocade top. The plunging neckline makes the outfit look both sensual and classical, and either the top or skirt can be the-med to create an altogether different look.
Tasla is pretty in her flared gold brocade skirt with gold silk blouse. The pieces can be worn as separates too.
Amandha looks hip in a ‘Limak by Kamil’ suit from Kamil’s Colombo Fashion Week collection. The outfit’s rich colours and bold design emphasise that colours look good on men too.
The dresses are from the ladies’ collection that was showcased in London for the Shades of Ceylon ‘fashion with a cause’ show.
