A mouthwatering mix of sweet and savoury toast

Layer the toasted bread with sliced avocado. Top it with some crumbled feta and pomegranates. Finish it off with a drizzle of olive oil on top.
Toast your sandwich slice and apply some almond butter on one side. Arrange a sliced banana over the butter. Sprinkle some chia seeds on top to finish it off.
Apply some peanut butter on one side of a toasted slice of bread. Pile a handful of sliced celery and top it off with a few raisins.
Mash a handful of chickpeas and apply it on a piece of toasted bread. Layer some sliced tomato over the mashed chickpeas. Top it off with a fried egg
Sauté a handful of roughly chopped kale with olive oil, minced garlic, chilli flakes, salt and pepper to taste. Remove it from the heat and stir in some crumbled feta. Toast a slice of bread of your choice. Fry an egg sunny-side up until the whites have set and the yolk is still runny. Heap a generous serving of kale on the toast and top it off with the fried egg.
Toast the bread and spread it over with some peanut butter. Top if off with banana slices, then drizzle with honey and sprinkle it with granola.
Add the avocado flesh to a small bowl along with some thinly chopped pineapple, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mash the avocado into the pineapple. Test the taste and add more salt or pepper as needed. Toast the bread and spread some avocado mixture on top of the slice. Sprinkle it with chopped basil and cayenne or paprika.
Toast a slice of sourdough bread and apply some marinara sauce over it. Drop a few leaves of fresh basil over the sauce and place a perfectly poached egg on it. Grate some Parmesan cheese over the toast.
In a small bowl, stir ricotta and lemon zest with salt and pepper to taste. Spread each slice of toasted bread with a generous smear of the ricotta mixture. Layer some strawberry slices over the ricotta followed by basil leaves. Season it with salt and pepper, and drizzle with honey.
Bread: A slice of your favourite bread. Spread: Peanut butter, nut or seed butter, cottage cheese, cream cheese, jam, smashed avocado or hummus. Fruits: Sliced or diced apples, pears, grapes, bananas, peaches, apricots, figs, fresh or defrosted frozen berries or other favourite fruits. Vegetables and leafy greens: Cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers, rocket leaves, baby spinach or other favourites. Toppings: Chia, sesame or pumpkin seeds; nuts, coconut, dried fruits or granola. Seasoning: Salt, pepper, chilli, herbs, spices, salsa, honey; lemon or lime juice.
Toast the bread until it’s lightly browned. Add a spread of your choice. Top it off with a fruit or vegetable, or both as desired. Scatter on any toppings you like. Finish it off with appropriate seasonings.
